Job Summary:
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in reviewing financial statements of listed issuers to identify potential significant non-compliance with accounting, auditing and financial disclosure requirements
• Assist in drafting documents and correspondences including enquiry letters and internal reporting documents
• Provide assistance in ad hoc or policy development projects assigned by supervisor
• Provide accounting or other professional support to the work of the Listing Division

Job Duties:

• Provide assistance in ad hoc or policy development projects assigned by supervisor
• Provide accounting or other professional support to the work of the Listing Division

Requirements:

• Qualified accountants with a minimum of 4 years working experience. PRC accounting and auditing experience is an advantage
• Experience that demonstrates working knowledge of the requirements of HKFRS/IFRS Accounting Standards, and understanding of the Listing Rules including underlying principles and published interpretations
• Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is essential
