Leveraging your advanced understanding of data analytics, automation, and team leadership, you will oversee complex data projects, develop innovative solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Your expertise in cross-functional collaboration and strategic thinking will enable you to lead diverse teams, make impactful decisions, and manage complex situations. Your strong customer service orientation and ability to coach and empower others will be crucial in delivering results that enhance the customer journey and drive the success of our business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development to ensure high performance and growth.
- Oversee the analysis and interpretation of complex data sets from varied sources, utilizing advanced analytics to uncover patterns and deliver insightful reporting for operational and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement automation strategies, leveraging systems architecture knowledge to optimize processes and drive departmental efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with diverse teams across the organization to align efforts, share knowledge, and drive successful implementation of business strategies.
- Utilize strategic thinking to evaluate potential scenarios, assess risks, and make informed decisions that directly impact departmental and organizational outcomes.
- Delegate tasks and empower team members to take ownership of their work, ensuring objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
- Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and supporting team initiatives.
- Provide quality service to customers through continuous communication and effective stakeholder management.
- Oversee technology/process release management, ensuring the effective use of software applications, digital platforms, and other technological tools to solve problems and improve processes.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Proven experience managing and developing teams of Business Analysts, with a focus on coaching, delegation, and empowerment.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct advanced data analysis, uncover patterns, and provide insightful reporting, with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in developing and implementing automation strategies and solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency, supported by a strong understanding of systems architecture.
- Experienced in coordinating cross-functional collaboration across diverse teams and contributing to a collaborative environment by sharing knowledge and supporting team initiatives.
- Advanced strategic thinking skills, with a track record of evaluating scenarios, assessing risks, and making informed decisions.
- Strong management skills, with the ability to understand operations needs and resolve stakeholder issues.
- Ability to provide quality service through continuous communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience leveraging artificial intelligence and AI tools to enhance data analysis, uncover business trends, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Expertise in prompt writing to guide data analysis and ensure consistent outcomes.
- Proficient with Tableau for data visualization and reporting, and experienced with Alteryx for data preparation, blending, and advanced analytics.
- Familiarity with SharePoint for document management, collaboration, and workflow automation.
