OverviewAbout the Club
Heritage Springs is a beautiful 55+ gated and deed-restricted community that provides its members with a country club quality lifestyle. We have 1,337 homes nestled on 875 picturesque acres.
The beautiful championship, par 71 golf course was designed by Ron Garl, and opened in 2000. The golf course is integrated into our residential neighborhoods. The practice area features a large driving range, and the short-game practice areas include a chipping and pitching green with target flags and a practice sand bunker. The club is committed to providing members with a premier playing experience. In April 2025, HSCA completed a $1M full bunker renovation using Bunker Solutions liner system with all new G-angle sand. In addition, it will complete more than $2M in upgrades over the next few years, including Irrigation replacement, and a golf course enhancement project to include renovating the greens from Mini Verdi to Tiff Eagle and a complete restoration of all fairways and tee boxes.
