Our client is seeking a Financial and Accounting Controller (Specialist level) to join a their manufacturing organization based in Dallas, Texas. The Financial and Accounting Controller assume a central role in safeguarding the integrity of financial records, supporting strategic decision-making, and fostering collaboration with colleagues across international borders.Key Responsibilities:

- Assume responsibility for both local financial reporting obligations and group-level requirements, including the preparation of management reports for senior leadership.
- Support month-end closing processes by identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor expenditure control mechanisms meticulously to identify cost-saving opportunities whilst preserving operational effectiveness.
- Calculate product costs with precision and deliver comprehensive profitability analyses to inform business decisions at the plant level.

The ideal Financial and Accounting Controller (Specialist level) brings demonstrable experience from positions involving accounting or financial controlling within manufacturing environments. Your professional history includes direct engagement with ERP systems such as SAP alongside advanced utilization of Excel for constructing robust models.
