• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years experience in accounting, ideally within a tech, SaaS, or international environment Solid knowledge of accounting standards under HGB (IFRS is a plus), German VAT and reporting processes Analytical thinking skills, high accuracy, and a structured, solution-oriented approach Proven leadership or team supervision experience (formal or informal) Ability to combine hands-on accounting with managing and developing a team Strategic thinking with a focus on process optimization Advanced proficiency in computer software and financial reporting tools Hands-on experience with DATEV is a bonus Strong communication skills and fluent in both English and German
