Role Description
Legacy Community Services is seeking a full-time, Onsite Manager based in Fairfax, VA. This role is responsible for overseeing daily onsite operations and ensuring the seamless execution of all assigned responsibilities. The Onsite Manager will supervise staff, monitor performance, address operational challenges, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This position also provides hands-on leadership, manages schedules, coordinates resources, and helps maintain a safe, efficient, and productive onsite environment. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing day-to-day operations in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily onsite operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Supervise and support onsite staff, including performance monitoring and guidance
Manage schedules, staffing needs, and operational workflows
Address and resolve operational issues and conflicts as they arise
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Support budgeting, reporting, and operational efficiency initiatives
Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
Strong leadership, staff management, and organizational skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities
Ability to manage schedules, coordinate resources, and monitor projects
Experience with compliance management and policy adherence
Familiarity with budgeting, reporting, and operational oversight
Customer-service oriented with strong stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to adapt to on-site working conditions and changing priorities
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
Previous experience in operations or management roles is a plus
CAI Designations of CMCA, AMS or PCAM are preferred

Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of property management experience (condominiums or HOAs preferred)
Experience working directly with Board of Directors and homeowners
Strong understanding of community association operations and governance
Prior experience managing vendors, maintenance staff, and service contracts
Licensing & Certifications (Preferred)
CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) or equivalent preferred
PCAM or AMS designation is a plus
Familiarity with state condominium/property laws (Virginia Condo Act, etc
