Red Bird Renovation is a fast-growing, locally owned company based in the Columbia and Rocheport Missouri area, and we are hiring Outdoor Pool and Hardscape Technicians to meet increasing demand for high-end outdoor living projects.

We specialize in custom in-ground fiberglass pools, patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and complete backyard transformations. As our reputation for quality and reliability continues to grow, so does our need for great people.

What You Will Do:
Assist in the installation of in-ground fiberglass pools and custom hardscapes
Work as part of a team building patios, retaining walls, outdoor lighting, and outdoor living spaces
Learn industry-leading construction techniques and skills
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
Take pride in building high-quality projects that homeowners will enjoy for years

Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work outdoors in a physically active environment
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Construction, landscaping, or general labor experience is helpful but not required

For experienced candidates, a Crew Team Leader role may be available immediately, with annual earnings of $85,000 to $115,000 including bonus incentives.
