Senior Accounting Manager/Director

We are looking for a Senior Accounting Manager/Director for our Tokyo office. This role involves managing financial operations according to US GAAP and local laws, while leading a dedicated team. The right candidate will have extensive accounting and finance experience and can make a significant impact in our dynamic industry. 主な業務内容:

• - 財務報告の締め作業を含む、単体および連結決算、US GAAP報告を管理
• - 税務申告をサポートし、法人税および消費税法令への遵守を確保
• - 事業パフォーマンスおよび製品収益性に関する財務分析をリード
• - チームを管理し、前向きで効率的な職場環境を維持
• - US本社との報告および戦略目標の調整
• - その他、必要に応じた会計および財務関連業務

応募資格:

• - 会計、財務、または関連分野の学士号以上
• - 会計および財務における10年以上の経験
• - 決算業務の経験および連結決算の知識
• - 日本簿記検定1級、CPA、税理士資格があれば尚可
• - US GAAPまたは国際財務報告基準（IFRS）の強い理解
• - 法人税および消費税法令の知識、税務申告書作成経験があればプラス
• - 大手監査法人での経験があると尚良い
• - ビジネスレベルの英語力
