Your new company
Your new firm is one of Asia's most prestigious and reputable MPF Providers in Hong Kong. They offer top-of-class products and MPF services to customers in the APAC region. Boasting a fast-paced, challenging yet friendly working environment, they are hiring a Senior Manager to lead the MPF Fund Accounting team.

Your new role
Your duties include:

• Oversee and review daily MPF fund accounting reports including NAV and unit price calculations.
• Ensure the proper calculation of investment valuation of various financial products and instruments.
• Ensure all MPF reporting meets MPFA regulatory requirements and deadlines.
• Review fund accounts, financial statements, and regulatory returns for accuracy.
• Act as key contact with auditors, trustees, and MPFA on accounting and reporting matters.
• Handle complex accounting cases, fund changes, and special transactions.
• Improve processes, controls, and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
• Lead and supervise the fund accounting team, including staff training and performance review.
• Lead and manage the relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
• Assist with finance and system implementation projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree with CPA qualification
• 8 Years of relevant Accounting, Finance and Fund Accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of MPFA regulations and IFRS standards
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Able to lead a motivated and driven team
• Cantonese and Mandarin speaking
