Description

We’re hiring a highly organized and people focused Support Manager to partner with a Developer Manager in our Developer Division. This role supports a portfolio of actively developing associations and is different from a traditional Assistant Community Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Interact with limited developer points of contact. No owner boards or committees
• Process architectural review requests 
• Perform onsite community visits
• Prepare and issue violation letters on behalf of the Developer Manager
• Maintain community records and assist with development project workflows
• Provide responsive, professional support to homeowners, vendors, and developer partners

 What We’re Looking For

• Excellent organization and ability to process information quickly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented, proactive, and reliable
• Experience in community management or development is a plus
