We’re looking for a Community Association Manager who can blend financial savvy, people skills, and operational know-how to help our communities thrive. As a Community Association Manager, you’ll work as part of an onsite team, ensuring the association runs smoothly and meets its financial, operational, and resident satisfaction goals. From balancing budgets to coordinating repairs, from enforcing community standards to supporting board meetings, you’ll help keep everything—and everyone—in harmony.
What You’ll Do
Communication & Resident Relations
Serve as a key point of contact for homeowners, addressing inquiries and concerns alongside your team.
Share updates through emails, newsletters, and community platforms.
Mediate disputes with fairness and professionalism.
Financial Management
Help build annual budgets and track financial performance.
Collect homeowner dues and assessments, manage payables, and address delinquent accounts.
Prepare clear, accurate financial reports for the Board of Directors.
Partner with accountants and reserve specialists.
Operations & Maintenance
Oversee the upkeep of common areas so they’re safe and welcoming.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure everything’s in top shape.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to get repairs done right.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure all associations follow governing documents and stay compliant with federal, state, and local laws.
Enforce community rules, architectural guidelines, and issue violation notices when needed.
Provide guidance and recommendations to Boards collectively and individually.
Board Support
Prepare agendas, gather documentation, and attend board and annual meetings.
Maintain records and correspondence so nothing falls through the cracks.
Support boards with elections and other initiatives as part of the team.
What You’ll Bring
Required:
At least 4 years of experience in community association management.
A solid understanding of HOA/association regulations, best practices, and governing documents.
Budgeting and financial management skills you’re proud of.
Excellent written and verbal communication—clarity matters.
Strong interpersonal skills for working with residents, vendors, and board members.
Comfort with management software and digital tools.
Preferred:
Certifications from industry pros (CMCA, AMS, PCAM, etc.).
Experience managing luxury communities.
Experience working in Vantaca (HOA management platform).
Requirements
Required:
At least 4 years of experience in community association management.
Minimum of a CMCA certification.
A solid understanding of HOA/association regulations, best practices, and governing documents.
Budgeting and financial management skills you’re proud of.
Excellent written and verbal communication—clarity matters.
Strong interpersonal skills for working with residents, vendors, and board members.
Comfort with management software and digital tools.
Preferred:
Experience managing luxury communities.
