Oversee accurate and timely NAV production, pricing, valuations, accruals, and financial reporting.
Manage cash, position, and trade reconciliations while ensuring strong controls and regulatory/audit compliance.
Lead and mentor a team of fund accountants; act as key contact for auditors, custodians, and investment managers.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and support system enhancements or new fund launches.
Apply strong technical expertise across fund accounting standards, financial instruments, and fund accounting systems.
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/ACCA preferred.
7-10+ years of fund accounting experience (mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity, or alternatives).
Strong technical knowledge of NAV processes, accounting standards, and financial instruments.
Proficiency with fund accounting systems (e.g., Geneva, Investran, PAXUS, Multifonds).
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
