The Project Manager oversees planning, execution, and delivery of projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and maintain positive client and stakeholder relationships.

This is a full-time position based in Clarinda, Iowa. Position includes a company truck and generous wage package.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project scope, risks, and deliverables, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication throughout all phases.
• Provide updates and ensure project transparency.
• Anticipate challenges, develop contingency plans, and proactively resolve issues.
• Maintain compliance with company standards, policies, and best practices.
• Support post-project evaluation to identify process improvements and efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience managing projects in the Home Improvement Industry
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management abilities.
