Responsibilities:
As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you’ll take the lead in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems, typically completing 3-5 service calls each day. From performing safety inspections to educating homeowners and recommending membership plans, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service. Your expertise helps keep systems running smoothly, customers happy, and our reputation for Five Star service strong.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of residential HVAC field experience working in single-family homes. Experience from school, installation, property management, or commercial HVAC is a plus but must be in addition to the required 4 years of residential service experience.
- Must be within 30 miles of Marietta, GA.
- EPA Certification (required).
- NATE Certification (preferred).
- Valid Driver’s License (required).
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Motivated by achieving goals and driving profitable outcomes.
- Physically able to lift 50–75 lbs. and work in varied environments.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, dependable, and comfortable using tablets/service software.
