We're seeking a motivated and friendly Membership Coordinator to join our team in a role that supports both our homeowners' association operations and the vibrant lifestyle of our community club. The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and organized, with a passion for community engagement and facility excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Resident Services & Club Support
Deliver prompt, courteous, and outgoing service to all residents, guests, and staff.
Assist with the daily upkeep and presentation of club amenities.
Register new residents and rental tenants in our community systems.
Greet walk-in residents and ensure their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Confer with community members to gather feedback and enhance resident satisfaction.
Event & Activity Coordination
Maintain attendance logs for all sponsored events and activities.
Develop and promote a monthly calendar of community activities and events.
Coordinate and oversee all approved social events, ensuring smooth execution.
Serve as the on-site liaison for event vendors and activity leaders.
Staff & Maintenance Oversight
Manage and provide direction to the houseman and maintenance staff.
Assist with routine inspections of grounds, equipment, and facilities.
Identify maintenance needs and ensure timely and cost-effective resolutions.
Administrative & Property Management Support
Assist the CAM/Property Manager in day-to-day HOA operations.
Purchase maintenance supplies, equipment, and furnishings as needed.
Help prepare and administer vendor/service contracts (e.g., cleaning, landscaping, security).
Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and documentation as requested.
Qualifications & Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems
Experience in HOA operations, hospitality, or management preferred
Availability to work weekends or evenings during special events as needed
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
Education/Certificates/Licenses/Training:
High school Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Must be ambulatory, that is, must have the ability to walk, reach, maintain balance, sit, stoop, or kneel. Must be able to carry or lift at least 20 pounds and be able to move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Must have sufficient vision to successfully perform the essential job functions.
Availability:
Availability for this full-time position will require to accommodate a schedule dependent on business level and will require Monday - Sunday availability.
