Willis & Harne, a well-established and expanding boutique law firm focused on condominium and homeowners’ association law, real estate, commercial litigation and business law, is seeking a legal assistant with five (5) years or more of experience.

Qualifications:
A successful candidate must have five (5) years or more experience as a legal assistant or paralegal and must possess the following qualifications: knowledge of the litigation process; knowledge of the HOA and condominium collection process; strong organizational skills; experience with electronic filing; experience with case management software systems; ability to work on a significant volume of cases; and strong verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, the ability to speak Spanish is preferred but is not required. A bachelor’s degree, and/or paralegal certificate is also preferred.
