Job Title: Litigation Associate Attorney – Property Owners Association (1–3 Years Experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Associate to join our San Antonio office. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of civil litigation experience and a strong interest in representing POAs/HOAs in a variety of legal matters including covenant enforcement, collections, dispute resolution, and general counsel services.
Responsibilities:
Represent POA/HOA clients in state court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda
Attend client meetings, board meetings, and provide general counsel
Manage caseload with supervision from senior attorneys

Requirements
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing
1–3 years of litigation experience (real estate, collections, or POA/HOA experience a plus)
Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and research skills
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Interest or background in property law, real estate, or community association law
