Description
Esplanade at Artisan Lakes is proud to offer an exciting career opportunity as a Concierge, ideal for candidates who thrive in a hospitality-focused environment and are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to the clubs managed by Troon.Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist new homeowners and residents
- Schedule and coordinate spa appointments
- Support Members with questions and general inquiries
- Provide front desk coverage, including calls, emails, and check-ins
- Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Conduct facility walkthroughs and report maintenance issues
- Receive and manage deliveries and inventory
- Maintain assigned areas to ensure tidy and organized spaces
- Support the Lifestyle Manager with special projects and events
- Perform other tasks as needed to support the team
Physical Requirements:
This is a very physically demanding role. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, move furniture, assist with event setup and breakdown, and be actively involved throughout their shift.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Comfortable with heavy, hands-on, active work
- Previous experience in hospitality or administrative support is a plus
