Job Description

As a Fund Accounting and Admin Manager professional, your main responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the daily accounting operations of ETF funds and ensuring accuracy in fund valuations.
• Coordinating with internal and external teams for smooth fund management processes.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards in all fund accounting activities.
• Preparing financial reports and statements for ETF funds.
• Resolving discrepancies and addressing inquiries related to fund operations.
• Assisting in audits and implementing process improvements for efficiency.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Providing insights and recommendations for optimizing fund performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

• A strong background in accounting or finance, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Fund Accounting and Admin experience with ETF and mutual funds are highly preferred
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
