About Our Client

Job Description

• Handle daily financial data entry and verification, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in data analysis and reporting using Excel tools (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, data comparison).
• Support administrative and finance operations, including document checking, schedule validation, and record maintenance.
• Maintain and update financial records such as journals, ledgers, invoices, and account statements.
• Perform basic accounting tasks including debit/credit processing, billing, invoicing, and account reconciliation.

The Successful Applicant

• Associate degree or high school diploma in Accounting or related financial discipline.
• At least 1-2 years of experience within accounting, finance, or fund-related functions.
• Proficient in Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data handling).
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
