Join Home Lending Operations as an Operations Senior Specialist and help move loans efficiently from set-up through closing.You'll keep documentation organized, maintain accurate records, and work with partners to resolve issues that could delay closing.

As an Operations Senior Specialist in Home Lending Operations, you will support activities that facilitate the transition of a loan to closure.
You will create and maintain loan files, perform operational and administrative tasks, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and discrepancies.
You will also provide coverage across support roles based on volume needs and team absences.
Job responsibilities
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, imaging, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Create, organize, and maintain complete loan files to support an efficient path to closing.
- Partner with underwriting and other internal teams to support timely document collection and issue resolution.
- Provide coverage for support roles as needed due to absences and volume fluctuations.
- Monitor and update system records and credit-related websites to maintain accurate status and data.
- Communicate with external partners and internal colleagues to resolve issues, gaps, and discrepancies.
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned to support team objectives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues and discrepancies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Basic office and computer skills, including data entry and updating system records.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal teams and external partners.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Prior customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Required or additional information
May require flexibility to provide coverage across support functions based on business needs.
