Description
Job Description We are looking for a Project Manager responsible for guiding our clients (dealers and homeowners) throughout the entire project process: from quoting and scheduling to coordination and final delivery. You will be the first point of contact and play a key role in customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, supporting both internal and external sales activities.Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding pricing, products, scheduling, and order status.
- Manage orders end-to-end in the project tracking system.
- Coordinate appointments and services with internal teams, measurement technicians, installers, and subcontractors.
- Maintain constant communication with clients throughout the project, setting clear expectations.
- Prepare quotes, process initial payments, and obtain client approvals.
- Ensure accuracy of drawings, documentation, and production/installation orders.
- Organize virtual or in-person material visits and explain product features.
- Prepare necessary documentation for installation, deliveries, and warranties.
- Resolve customer requests and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Generate satisfaction reports and keep records updated in the CRM.
- Support the Customer Service team in achieving individual and group objectives.
Requirements and Skills
- Experience as an expeditor or project manager (preferred).
- Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or construction (desired).
- Knowledge of cabinetry, kitchen, and bathroom design (desired).
- CAD proficiency (preferred).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in dynamic environments.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and sense of urgency.
- Proactive, pleasant, and service-oriented personality.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and learn quickly.
- Accuracy in data entry and CRM system management.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes and different types of clients.
Schedule Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
